Bye Mum

Today was Mothering Sunday (that's its PROPER name - not 'Mothers' Day) here in the UK so, as my parents live just across the Solent from where we're on holiday (on the Isle of Wight), we persuaded her to come over to the island and spend the day with us. Because of work, I'm lucky if I get to see my parents once a year, so it's a bit of a sad moment to see my mother disappearing across the sea.
